Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

Pick-up Option:

At this time, we do not offer a pick-up service from our warehouse. All orders must be placed online, and deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery Times:

Metro Suburbs: 2 - 5 working days for in-stock items. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM and may allow for busy periods such as Christmas.
Regional Suburbs: 3 - 8 working days for in-stock items
Large or Bulky Items: Estimated delivery dates will be provided via email after dispatch is confirmed.

Delivery Charges:

Order value under $149: We charge a flat rate of $12.9
Order value over $149: Free shipping is offered (large or bulky item excluded)
Large or bulky items: Additional delivery charge will be calculated during checkout.

Should there be any changes that affect your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. The checkout page displays standard delivery charges for major Australian cities.
