DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
ebuildsupplies is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $149.*
Orders under $149 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.90 (standard) or $25.00 (express), applicable Australia-wide.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day from the time of order placement and payment confirmation. Please note that during busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
All orders are shipped from our NSW warehouse using one of the following couriers:
- Australia Post
- Aramex
- Direct Freight
- Border Express
- StarTrack
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this number to track your parcel directly via the relevant courier’s website.
BULKY / OVERSIZE SHIPPING FEES
Bulky or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.
To receive an accurate shipping quote, please contact our Customer Service team at info@ebuildsupplies.com.au before placing your order.
Note: Some bulky items may not qualify for free shipping. If extra charges apply, we will contact you as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to pay the additional amount or cancel your order for a full refund.
RURAL & REMOTE AREA SHIPPING
Certain items may incur extra delivery costs for rural or remote locations.

Some items may require additional payment after checkout if your delivery address is classified as rural or remote. We’ll notify you promptly to arrange payment or offer a full refund.
