Return & Refund policy

Change of Mind

We’re happy to accept returns if you change your mind, provided our return policy conditions are met. However, we reserve the right to decline a return if these requirements are not fulfilled.

  • The item is returned within 14 days of the order confirmation date.
  • The item has not been used or installed.
  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.

Ebuild supplies reserves the right to decline any return request if the above conditions have not been met.

Please note that following items are not eligible for return. Please make your selections carefully.

  • All Tapepro products 
  • All Skimming knife, Taping Knife, Joint knife

All return requests must be submitted in writing via email. Approval must be obtained before any items are sent back to us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damage While in Transit

If your item has been damaged during transit, we will replace it at no additional cost, provided you can supply proof of the damage.

All shipments are covered by transit insurance. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:

  • A description of the damage
  • Your name and contact number
  • Your order number

For insurance purposes, it is essential that you take clear digital photos of the outer carton as it arrived, as well as the damaged items inside.

We will arrange a replacement at our expense once we have received either the damaged item or, in many cases, the required photos. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Re-stocking Fees

For approved returns of eligible items, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

Cost of return delivery

Customer is responsible for any actual cost of return delivery.

Refund

Refunds will be processed after returned items have been inspected by our Quality Assurance team and confirmed to meet our return policy.

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 2 – 5 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card).

Please Note:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • A receipt or tax invoice is required as proof of purchase.
